Everything to you may behave as water. You swim in the street, at night; lapping the house for exercise. Every now and then you have to dip below the surface to avoid a passing truck, or navigate railroad tracks. It can be unsettling when you don’t hear the vehicles, only noticing their lights when they are quite close. You like swimming though, it is a healthy activity.
